Spent Easter weekend at a cozy and lively hotel in Bosnia. the food was impressive, offering local cuisine and delicious options. the staff was delightful, going above and beyond to ensure everybody was comfortable. the hotel is located in the mountains so the views were breathtaking and perfect for hiking. the hotel also provided a shuttle service to local attractions, making it easy to get around.
The rooms lacked air conditioning and heating was uncontrollable making the room too hot at times. the soundproofing between rooms was poor and guests could hear each other which can be distracting.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to ski slopes and restaurants. the bright and spacious rooms offer a comfy stay while the delicious breakfast adds to an enriching experience. the courteous staff and their professional approach are commendable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the pool area and restaurant make the hotel look wonderful, and live music is an additional benefit.
There are some issues with the air conditioning, leaving the rooms hot.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities are great, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The spa and wellness center is a must-visit, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

We recently stayed in a hotel on a mountain. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of fresh products. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the slopes. , the staff was kind and helpful.
Although we had a good experience, there were a couple of negative things. The pool was a bit cold, and the pool area could use some heating.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, very close to the ski lift and also near to other amenities. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
